Can you replace glass at any height?
Yes. Our IRATA-certified rope access teams can work at any height. For buildings with BMU (building maintenance unit) access, we use that system. For buildings without, rope access or elevated work platforms are used. We assess the best access method for each project.
How quickly can you respond to emergency glazing?
Emergency board-up is typically completed within 2 to 4 hours in capital cities. Permanent glass replacement depends on glass type and availability. Standard clear and tinted glass is often available same-day, while specialty glass (Low-E, laminated, IGU) may take 1 to 3 weeks to manufacture.
Do you work on residential apartment buildings?
Yes. We work on residential strata buildings of all sizes, from low-rise apartment blocks to highrise towers. We handle strata committee approvals, body corporate communication and after-hours access where required.
What glazing standards apply in Australia?
The National Construction Code (NCC) sets performance requirements. AS 1288 covers glass selection and installation. AS 2047 covers windows, doors and glazed assemblies. All our work complies with current standards.
